Zen Dens: A Wellness Center for Teens
Many parents have expressed concerns for their children’s ability to cope with the “stressors” of life and with all the pressure that the digital world has placed upon them.
Amani is available after school and on Saturdays to provide stress management tools, mindfulness skills, and “check-in” chats for any student struggling to find balance in the midst of all the changes in their personal lives and the uncertainty in the world around them.
Amani is also available to assist parents with (504 & IEP) assessments and accommodations necessary for their tween/teen to succeed at school.
