Yoga with Amani is the practice of inquiry that guides students on a journey inward to investigate the somatic intelligence of our being. Students are invited to slowly mindfully turn their attention to the density of their body and the movement of their breath as they come more fully into the present moment. Students are encouraged to pause long enough to notice the sensations arising into awareness and cultivate curiosity.
